A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a growing and supportive Estate Administration team at a highly regarded established firm.
Their Estate Administration department handles a wide range of matters including probate, trust administration, LPAs, wills, and deputyships. You will work closely with other specialist departments in a flexible, partner-led team structure that supports learning, development, and high-quality client service.
Role:
- Advising clients on wills, probate, deputyships, LPAs, and related estate matters
- Taking instructions and guiding clients through their legal options
- Drafting documents and managing your caseload efficiently
- Maintaining well-organised and accurate files
- Resolving client queries promptly and professionally
- Supporting business development and the ongoing growth of the department
About You:
- 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Confident, proactive, and client-focused
- A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Looking for a fresh challenge and long-term growth
