The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially astute lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters
- Handling development work, including site acquisitions and plot sales
- Acting for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, and SMEs
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and ancillary documents
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and proven experience handling complex transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A following or ability to generate work would be advantageous
