A highly established law firm with a history stretching back nearly 200 years is seeking a confident and commercially minded Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy property team based in Henley-on-Thames.
This is a hands-on role for a fee earner who can manage a full caseload of residential matters across freehold and leasehold transactions, and you will be joining a busy and well supported team with excellent peer support from partners, solicitors, paralegals and legal secretaries!
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing fee earning with ideally 2-3 years of experience in a similar fee earning role
- Ability to manage a caseload of circa 50-70 residential property files – you will have access to a dedicate paralegal who will able to support with the full process, as well as a post exchange and completions team
- Excellent customer service skills – the firm really values keeping in touch with clients and estate agents throughout the process
- Technical skills and abilities relating to residential property and conveyancing
