The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Complex residential property matters
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will build strong relationships with clients and referrers, supervise junior colleagues where appropriate, contribute to business development, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
About You
- A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- An experienced residential conveyancer with a strong technical background
- Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
- Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client care
- Interested in business development and helping grow a successful practice
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a clear route to Partnership
