This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys working directly with clients, taking ownership of their caseload and delivering a high-quality, personal service within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential property caseload, advising clients throughout the transaction from instruction through to completion. Your work will include:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice
- Working closely with colleagues on more complex matters
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years’ PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
- The ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively
- A genuine interest in developing their career and contributing to the growth of the firm
