They are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Solicitor who is looking to further their career in residential property. They offer a career pathway and support to achieve this.
The Role:
You will be working with excellent clients and an experienced team, and property transactions including:
- Sales and purchase of various types of properties
- Remortgages, including equity release.
- New build
- Transfers of equity
- Property investment and buy to let.
What they are looking for:
- A Solicitor with circa 1 -3 years PQE
- Must have New build experience
- Have broad experience across various Residential conveyancing matters.
- An interest in business development and networking with the team.
