Junior Lending Solicitor - NQ-3 PQE

A reputable and friendly multi-office Legal 500 firm is looking for a junior solicitor to join their lending team. With a caseload of primarily real estate finance matters this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a desirable area of law in a great firm.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting cases from initiation to conclusion, predominantly in real estate finance and other secured and unsecured lending matters.
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers with their caseload of files dealing effectively with a variety of matters.
- Input and assist with the development of the firm.
- Dealing directly with short term lender clients and referrers, maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions, and ensuring full compliance.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor NQ – 3 PQE years’ experience (other levels will be considered) from a reputable UK firm.
- Previous experience with real estate finance matters either as part of a training contract or post-qualification.
- Proven experience of managing matters with minimal supervision and assisting with larger lender matters.
- Keen interest in business development with the ability to develop a client/referrer base.
- Enthusiasm for finance matters and self-development.
