Real Estate Finance Solicitor
£70-95k DOE
City of London, hybrid working (2 in office)
A heavyweight city law firm with a prolific Real Estate practice is looking for an experienced Real Estate finance solicitor to add additional gravitas to the team. The firm advises on complex matters however are also bespoke enough to ensure their people and the quality of their work always remains exceptional and dynamic. Their approach is proactive, collaborative, innovative and personal, and they are looking for an individual who is likeminded in their approach.
The role
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising lenders, borrowers, developers and intermediaries, covering the full range of real estate finance and corporate lending.
- Offer advice on real estate finance and corporate lending for commercial and residential property, portfolio buy-to-let, development finance, healthcare, hotels and leisure, private client and Loan Market Association (LMA) work.
- Working with a broad range of clients of both funders and borrowers including regulated banks, unregulated senior lenders, intermediaries, brokers, developers, as well as regulated and unregulated mezzanine lenders and bridging companies.
What they are looking for:
- Min of 3 + PQE in this area of law (REF)
- Experience gained from a reputable firm with excellent experience working with well-known lenders.
- Demonstrable technical evidence of Real Estate Finance work.
- Sound business acumen
- Excellent relationship builder/passion for client service delivery
