My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in London who have embarked on a new chapter to expand their family division. They are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Family Solicitor to team up with the HOD to assist in this expansion. This is a great opportunity to be part of the beginning and work alongside the Partner to develop your career within this team as it grows.
The Role:
- You will manage you own caseload of private family matters including:
- Divorce and financial provision
- Children
- Premarital agreements
- Cohabitation disputes.
- Assist the HOD with more complex matters
- You will actively participate in marketing, attending events and networking with clients, and building a presence on social media, with the assistance of the marketing division.
What they are looking for:
- Min of 3 years PQE in all aspects of Family Law (Private only)
- Have experience managing a caseload of your own matters
- A genuine interest in business development, and some experience of this would be beneficial.
- Attention to detail is paramount and you must be passionate about going the extra mile for your clients.
