They are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Employment Solicitor between 2-4 years PQE to join their growing team.
The Role:
You will join a team of 3 advising on the full scope of non-contentious and contentious employment law representing both employees and employers on the following:
- Employment contracts and policies
- Performance and absence management
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Manging restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements
- Advising on TUPE and other corporate issues as they arise
- You will also be required to deal with and be familiar with Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
What they are looking for:
- Min of 2 years PQE in all aspects of Employment Law
- Have experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A genuine interest in business development, and some experience of this would be beneficial.
- Attention to detail is paramount and you must be passionate about going the extra mile for your clients.
