An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded specialist private client law firm recognised for advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, family offices, charities and businesses on complex UK and international matters.
The firm is seeking an ambitious Associate to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team, working alongside leading practitioners on high-value and technically challenging contentious trusts, probate and private wealth disputes.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of complex matters, including:
- Contentious trusts and probate disputes
- Will validity challenges
- Inheritance Act 1975 claims
- Trustee, executor and beneficiary disputes
- Fiduciary, equitable and proprietary claims
- Estate and trust administration disputes
- Cross-border private wealth litigation
You’ll have early responsibility for managing matters, drafting pleadings and court documents, conducting legal research, advising clients, supporting ADR proceedings, and building strong relationships with clients and professional advisers.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
- Experience in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Private Client or a related practice area
- Strong academics and excellent technical ability
- Outstanding drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in private wealth disputes
- Collaborative, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service
