A leading international law firm is looking for a BD & Business Manager to support the continued growth of its highly regarded Construction practice.
This is a broad role combining business development, marketing and business management, working closely with the Construction leadership team and senior stakeholders across the firm.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and delivery of the Construction group’s BD and growth strategy.
- Working with partners and fee earners on client development, account plans, cross-selling and new business opportunities.
- Developing and delivering targeted marketing campaigns, events and client engagement activity.
- Managing directory submissions, awards, credentials and sector communications.
- Supporting leadership meetings, strategic projects and wider business initiatives.
- Providing analysis and reporting around financial performance, client activity and business development pipelines.
- Supporting budgeting, business cases and strategic growth initiatives.
- Co-line managing a Marketing & BD Executive.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a professional services environment, ideally a law firm or partnership.
- Strong business development, marketing or strategic growth experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior partners and fee earners.
- Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and wider technology skills.
- Experience within Construction, Infrastructure or a related sector would be advantageous.
