Our client, a highly regarded and established law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4–6 PQE / Grade B) to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham or London.
This is an excellent opportunity to undertake complex, high-value commercial litigation work within a growing practice, with genuine scope for career progression.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation and contractual disputes, with a particular focus on company, partnership and shareholder disputes, and some insolvency-related litigation.
There will also be opportunities to gain exposure to Group Litigation Orders (GLOs), complex multi-party disputes and other areas of commercial litigation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex commercial and contractual litigation matters independently.
- Advising on company, partnership, shareholder and insolvency-related disputes.
- Providing commercially focused legal advice and excellent client service.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting business development and the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 4–6 years’ PQE (Grade B) in Commercial Litigation.
- Essential: Proven experience in contractual, partnership and shareholder disputes, together with some insolvency litigation experience.
- Confident managing complex commercial litigation matters independently.
- Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and client-focused, with excellent communication skills.
