A Legal 500 firm with a national offering is looking for an experienced Solicitor to expand their well-regarded and top-tier community care team. This team sees interesting work, all privately funded and primarily referred to the firm by other legal professionals that lack the experience in complex matters. They primarily focus on the management of property and affairs, with some clients coming from a personal injury or clinical negligence background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complex privately funded court of protection matters, focused around HNW clients, Court of Protection Deputies, and other legal professionals.
- Acting with independence and a significant degree of autonomy (while receiving appropriate support).
- Assisting with the management of the team, including supervision of junior legal professionals and support staff.
- Working closely with team and firm Partners for the development of the larger firm.
- Developing relationships with clients and building long-lasting relationships.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record of experience in Court of Protection or Community Care matters (4 – 10 years PQE desired, but all levels will be considered), ideally within a Legal 500 or national firm.
- Experience with HNW clients and complex matters.
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals.
- Keen interest in court of protection matters and personal development.
