A Top Tier Legal 500 firm is currently looking for multiple junior Private Client solicitor to work within their highly ranked Court of Protection team, working on a wide range of deputyship matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Court of Protection applications and assisting in deputyship applications with good levels of support.
- Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on Court of Protection matters, including work with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Supporting the running and development of the Private Client Team.
- Assist with client development and marketing projects.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record within a reputable law firm
- Experience with Court of Protection matters (those with experience in private client who have completed a seat in Court of Protection will also be strongly considered!)
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
