We are working an exceptional law firm, specialising in high quality and complex Court of Protection matters who are now seeking a new Court of Protection solicitor to join their well established team.
The position will see you acting for clients with significant medical injuries to provide a bespoke Court of Protection service. We are looking for a passionate solicitor (newly qualified and above) who shares a passion for protecting vulnerable clients interests!
Key Responsibilities / What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor or lawyer, with experience in Court of Protection matters or a demonstrated interest in this area of law
- You will be managing a busy caseload of Court of Protection matters, including Professional Deputy ship cases, overseeing matters from instruction to conclusion, and providing a high quality of client care
- Be involved in the firms marketing efforts
