They have a strong focus on client experience, which has led them to having a busy caseload of incoming matters! Because of this they are looking for someone to join their team at a junior level, with a successful candidate being one who is friendly and a strong communicator, able to represent candidates in a magistrate’s court, and interested in progressing their career.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting criminal law cases from inception to conclusion with a good level of independence and responsibility.
- Assisting partners and senior lawyers with their caseload of files dealing effectively with a variety of matters.
- Input and assist with the development of the department and larger firm.
- Dealing directly with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care, taking instructions and ensuring full compliance.
- Liaising with all parties including defendants, government agencies, courts or other relevant parties.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor NQ-3 PQE with training from a reputable firm.
- Strong experience with criminal law matters, with the ability to conduct magistrate court cases and an interested in complex crown court matters.
- An interest in becoming police station or duty accredited, or current Police station or Duty accreditation.
- Strong interpersonal skills interacting with clients and colleagues.
- A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for developing their team and greater firm.
