A Top Tier Legal 500 firm looking for a Court of Protection solicitor to assist with Court of Protection and matters within their successful Private Client team.
This team sees interesting and high-value work advising HNW clients and works on highly impactful matters which have major impacts on the lives of their clients. The firm is growing quickly and looking to hire Court of Protection solicitors at levels from newly qualified through to senior associates (with partners also to be considered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on wide range of Court of Protection matters, primarily in the Health & Welfare sector
- Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on Court of Protection matters, including both legal aid and private clients
- Supporting the running and development of the Court of Protection team.
- Assist with client development and marketing projects.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record within a reputable law firm
- Experience with financial Court of Protection matters.
- Proven attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- The ability to comfortably interact directly with clients, colleagues, and other parties.
