Our client is a long-standing and highly regarded local law firm, situated in a beautiful office in Sevenoaks just off the High Street. They are looking for a senior private client solicitor to join their well-respected Private Client department that makes up the firm’s largest department.
The Role
The team’s work spans a wide range of private client topics, including the preparation of Wills both simple and complex, administration of estates, the creation and administration of trusts, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Inheritance Tax planning.
You will have proven experience and knowledge across a broad spectrum of private client matters and have a minimum of 4 years PQE.
Who are they looking for?
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE managing your own private client caseload
- Technically strong in all areas of private client
- Self-motivated and confident in dealing with clients
- Ability to network and develop business relations
- Expected to perform with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial acumen and appreciate of financial fundamentals
