A highly respected and legal 200 firm is looking for an Property Development Solicitor (1 PQE+) to join their top tier team, based in Uxbridge. The team works on high level work, acting for a wide variety of landowners, investors, and developers on a national basis.
This firm prides itself on it’s commercial success and development, offering excellent progression opportunities. Property Development is a key focal areas, with a established team of solicitors and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of development matters, including acquisitions and disposals, planning, finance, and construction cases
- Drafting agreements, including option agreements, deeds, and contracts
- Assisting with the management of the team, including supervision on other legal professionals and support staff
- Working closely with team Partners for the development of the team and larger firm
- Developing relationships with clients and building long-lasting relationships
Desired Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE (other levels will be considered)
- Demonstrated track record of high-quality property development experience
- Technically strong in advising clients in a variety of relevant matters
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with an interest in self development.
