An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to join its growing Dispute Resolution team based in beautifully refurbished offices in SW London.
This is an excellent opportunity to take over an existing caseload while also benefiting from a strong flow of new enquiries and referrals. The team advises a broad range of clients, including commercial landlords, developers, businesses, and private individuals, providing exposure to varied and interesting property disputes.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload with support from an experienced and approachable Partner, handling matters including:
- Leasehold disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Possession claims
- Rights of way and boundary disputes
- General commercial and residential property litigation matters
The firm encourages networking and business development, but this is very much relationship-led rather than high-pressure sales activity.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
- Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Keen to be part of a friendly and collaborative team environment
