What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting on commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes – rent recovery, possession, forfeiture
- Handling disputes involving easements, rights of way, and restrictive covenants
- Advising on beneficial interest and Party Wall disputes
- Contributing to business development and team growth
- Experience in construction disputes is a plus
