This is an excellent opportunity for a non-qualified conveyancing fee earner, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience who wants to develop their career in a supportive, ambitious and people-focused environment.
Why consider this opportunity?
Forget the traditional law firm stereotype. This is a business that combines high professional standards with a genuinely personable culture, where people are encouraged to thrive, develop and shape their own careers.

- Career development and autonomy – join a progressive firm that invests in its people and encourages them to take ownership of their future.
- An award-winning reputation – be part of a firm recognised for delivering outstanding customer service.
Based in their Essex office, you’ll be joining an established and ambitious legal business with a strong regional presence and exciting growth plans.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an excellent client experience at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Providing clear, practical advice and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
- Using the firm’s case management system to progress matters efficiently.
- Supporting colleagues with fee-earning work and contributing to the wider success of the team.
- Identifying opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to business development.
Who are they looking for?
The firm is open to candidates at different stages of their conveyancing careers. You do not need to be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to be considered.
You could be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner, with a good understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
- A qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor, ideally with at least one year’s PQE, or relevant experience as a non-qualified fee earner.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- A proactive, motivated approach and an interest in business development.
- The ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
Just as importantly, you’ll be approachable, positive and passionate about delivering a great service to clients.
If you’re looking for a conveyancing role that offers flexibility, uncapped earning potential and a genuinely supportive working culture, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Whether you’re an experienced fee earner looking to progress or a qualified conveyancer or solicitor seeking a fresh challenge, we would love to hear from you.
