This role offers the chance to handle quality residential conveyancing work in a friendly, well-run team where you will have direct client contact, strong internal support and genuine scope to continue developing your career.
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload across a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions
- Listed building transactions
- And more
Experience Required
- 4+ PQE Residential Property experience
- Qualified Solicitor | Legal Executive
- Strong experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
- Confident managing a busy caseload
- Client-focused, personable and commercially aware
- Strong relationship management skills
- Enjoy working as part of a busy and collaborative team
