An established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its London office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative firm offering realistic billing targets, an excellent bonus scheme and genuine work-life balance.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
- Building Safety Act (BSA) matters.
- Providing excellent client service and developing client relationships.
- Assisting with holiday cover and file sign-offs for colleagues.
- Supporting business development activities.
About You
- Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer – NQ to 3+ PQE.
- Experience managing residential conveyancing transactions independently.
- Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters.
- BSA experience highly advantageous, although not essential.
- Strong client care, communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
- £55,000 – £60,000 DOE.
- Hybrid working – 1–2 days WFH
- Uncapped quarterly bonus – 10% of billed fees above target.
