They are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be working in a beautiful office with fantastic facilities in the centre of Bromley.
The Role
You will run a varied residential property caseload independently, with administrative support provided. Matters will include:
- Sales & purchases
- Freehold & leasehold transactions
- Shared ownership
- New build purchases
- Re-mortgages
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years’ experience running a residential property caseload without supervision
- Strong technical skills and excellent client care abilities
