With a strong reputation in Private Client work and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture, the firm is now seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Associate/Partner to take a leading role as Head of Department.
The role
- Leading on complex wills and estate planning
- Creating and administering trusts
- Managing probate and estate administration, including taxable estates
- Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Supporting asset protection and succession planning for business owners and HNWIs
- Playing a key role in shaping and eventually leading the department
What they are looking for
- Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
- Excellent drafting skills and confident client care
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and professional contacts
- STEP qualification preferred
