Are you an ambitious Private Client Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career and play a key role in the growth of an established legal team?
We’re working with a well-regarded, full-service law firm with five offices across London, Surrey and Essex, which is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate or Legal Director to help develop and expand its Private Client offering in either Surrey or Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer who wants more than just a busy caseload — you’ll have the autonomy to shape your role, develop lasting client relationships and make a real contribution to the future success of the department.
The Role
- Advising on wills, succession planning and estate planning.
- Handling inheritance tax and wider private client tax planning.
- Advising on trust creation, administration and taxation.
- Managing estate administration matters.
- Advising on Court of Protection matters and related issues.
- Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Playing an active role in growing the team and expanding the firm’s Private Client presence.
The Ideal Candidate
- You’ll be an experienced Private Client Solicitor, ideally with 8 years + PQE, and with strong technical expertise, a proven track record in business development and the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- You’ll also be commercially minded, proactive and enthusiastic about helping to grow a successful team, with the ambition to make a genuine impact at senior level.
