If you have commercial law experience (shareholder disputes, drafting shareholder agreements, terms of business
The role:
- Managing a caseload of Private and Commercial Clients
- If you have commercial law experience this would be an advantage.
- Shareholder disputes
- Drafting shareholder agreements
- Terms of business
You will be:
- 5 years PQE +
- Dynamic and robust individual
- Have strong employment law experience
- Commercial Law would be an advantage
- Assist with the development of the firm
- Confident as you will be the primary person for the firm in Employment
